1. Overview
Welcome to Formorafit. Throughout these Terms, "Formorafit," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of this online store.
These Terms govern your use of our website and purchases from our store. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy before placing an order.
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform. Purchases from this store are transactions with Formora, not Shopify.
2. Eligibility & Website Use
To place an order, you must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your place of residence.
You agree to provide accurate and complete contact, billing, and shipping information and to use only payment methods you are authorized to use.
You must not use our website for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement of another person's rights, or interference with the website's security or operation.
3. Product Information
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, and availability information.
Product colors may appear different depending on your screen and lighting conditions. This does not limit your rights if a product is defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description.
Product availability may change. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and promptly refund any payment collected for the unavailable items.
4. Prices & Payments
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Any applicable sales tax and other charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. Changes do not retroactively alter the agreed price of an accepted order.
Import duties and customs clearance fees are covered by Formora as described in our Shipping Policy.
If we discover a material pricing or listing error affecting your order, we will contact you before fulfillment. We will not charge a higher amount without your agreement. If the order cannot proceed, we will cancel it and promptly refund the affected payment.
5. Orders
After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This confirms receipt of your order but does not confirm dispatch.
We may request clarification or decline an order for a legitimate reason, such as suspected fraud, payment failure, unavailable products, or an unsupported shipping address.
If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will promptly refund the canceled items. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders ship from China through our fulfillment partners.
Estimated processing time is 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated shipping time after dispatch is 6–10 business days, giving a total estimated delivery time of 9–15 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays in China and the United States. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
Our Shipping Policy explains delivery coverage, free standard shipping, tracking, address changes, and delivery issues.
If we cannot dispatch your order within the stated processing window, we will notify you and offer the option to agree to a revised dispatch date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. Where required consent to a delay is not obtained, we will cancel and promptly refund the unshipped order.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns, replacements, and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy and applicable law.
Except where required by law, we do not accept returns or refunds solely because you changed your mind, no longer want the product, or have a personal preference that does not relate to a defect or inaccurate description.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and relevant details. This reporting period does not limit any longer rights provided by applicable law.
For a verified issue, we will arrange an appropriate refund or replacement in accordance with our Refund Policy. Where a return is required because of our error or a defective product, we will cover the necessary return shipping costs.
Please contact us for return instructions before sending an item back. Do not use the sender address on the package unless we confirm it as the return address.
Our change-of-mind restriction does not remove your rights relating to non-delivery, delayed dispatch, defective goods, or other legally protected claims.
8. Product Use & Website Content
Follow the instructions and warnings supplied with your product. Do not use a damaged product or use it in a way inconsistent with those instructions.
Information on this website is general product information and is not individualized medical advice. We do not guarantee a particular fitness, body-shaping, or health outcome.
Nothing in this section excludes responsibility for defective products, inaccurate product descriptions, or other obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Intellectual Property
Website content owned by or licensed to Formora—including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and design—is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access and use the website for personal shopping purposes. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except where permitted by law.
10. Reviews & Submissions
If you submit a review, photograph, or other content, it must reflect your genuine experience and must not infringe another person's rights or disclose someone else's private information without permission.
When you submit content for publication, you permit us to display it for that purpose. You retain ownership of your content.
We may remove unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or irrelevant submissions. We will not remove a genuine review solely because it is negative.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information.
Our store uses third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, and delivery partners. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices.
Using these providers does not remove Formora's obligations to you concerning your purchase.
12. Consumer Rights & Responsibility
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts consumer rights, statutory warranties, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
We do not exclude responsibility for fraud, intentional misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
13. Questions & Disputes
If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can work toward a resolution.
Contacting us does not waive or restrict your right to seek assistance from a payment provider, consumer protection authority, or court with jurisdiction.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and will identify the effective date of an updated version.
Updates apply prospectively and will not retroactively reduce your rights or change the terms of an existing order without your agreement, except as required by law.
